Tjendra Halima is a global finance leader with 30 years of strategic and operational finance experiences.  His industry experiences are diverse, from global business conglomerates to major regional Asia players. 

In his last role as the regional finance director for Schneider Electric, a global company that provides energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability.  During his 22-years career in Schneider Electric, he has been posted as country CFO and regional finance leaders in several countries within the Asia Pacific region from Indonesia (where he was from) to 6 other countries in Asia. He specializes in FP&A, finance operations, risk management and compliance. In his past finance leadership role, he has been instrumental in setting up of commercial and supply chain operations, to various corporate functions across Asia. 

He has a double major in Computer Science and Accounting from the US, and later completed an Executive MBA program. 

When he is not working, he can be seen as speaking and writing to the broader finance community, in sharing his knowledge, best practices and insights to enable the finance professional to stay relevant and effective in this fast changing business world. He is a frequently sought after subject matter expert in the areas of business transformation, operational efficiency, organization structure optimization, and talent development.
